Do you know why is there the invention of uniforms?
It is to rip off your personal identity and give you this one identity , be it school, work, prison etc.
It is to tell you, hey, you come here for a purpose. Be it work/study/serve your sentence.
Since when and how may I ask can it be associated with fashion?
Why do we see a need to again glorify ourselves according to what designs, style, colour our uniform is?
What is the differences?
Hello, it's still clothes. You wear it and you go school. You don't wear it and do a catwalk.
And also, what is fashion? It's just repetition.
Everyone wears jeans, so it's ok to wear jeans, so it's the fashion.
Fashion=norms
We claim that we wanna be different, but in the end we are the same.
