Tuesday ( Anger management... @ 4:24:00 PM ) Read this from my email.... pretty much agree with it... the thing is, how can we manage our anger? I prefer to keep quiet for that moment of anger for fear of regretting my action later, but i believe others would say its better to confront then to keep in heart to prevent an outburst later... but one way may not be better than the other... a confrontation not dealt with appropriately will also "shatters friendship and destroy marriages"... i dun know... does it depends on fate sometimes?
